New setStory() call that does the non-param table UPDATEs in one SQL statement (and if there are param changes, wraps them in a transaction). This makes the stories/story* tables transaction-safe. Also the stories.last_changed timestamp is updated with every change, including both the story_text and stories tables (except commentcount and hitparade, more on those later I hope). The benefit to this is that setting story_text.rendered with freshenup.pl's new (circa July) delayed query-cache optimizations will not ever stomp on an admin's changes. Also, old story_text.rendered data is being purged now, which should shrink that table a lot.
